Sniper elite is region locked to south america (VE CO GY SR GF BR PE BO PY UY AR CL EC) so be carefull.

Do you have any idea if there is a Account's limits in nuuvem, i want to buy a game more than once.

Is one game by account, so you have to create one account to each game purchased (the same game).
Has a cooldown of 2 hours of each purchase normally, but sometimes, some games is locked forever, so is one paypal account by game in this case (already happened with me for Hotline Miami 2 and some others).
