Is anyone else generating points slower?

...um, that's because the server was down? If people can't access the site to make giveaways, no one gets points.

You get a fraction of a point whenever a new giveaway is created. No server => No new giveaways => No points.

The number of points generated is directly correlated with the number of GA's made. Less Ga's = Less P.

As much as I despise the "potato" meme, I think I just might rather see that as a poll answer, instead of the current ones...
