It's not that hard to do. It mostly requires patience. I'm no pastry chef (I'm no pastry chef so it take me hours to do these kind of cakes with a bit of trial and error. (Especially since most of the time I only have a basic idea in my head of what I expect it to look like when I'm done and try to work from there.)

You should do what I did, I hit me peak at 35 now working backwards this year I'm 25 can't wait to hit me teens again. :D

So, I'm turning 41 this Friday and I'm starting to feel a tiny bit old. Soon I will be setting up a rocking chair on the front porch, buying a cane and screaming "geroff my lawn" at kids.
Of course, the fact that a third child of mine made it's way into adulthood last week (I even made her this lovely cake) is a good reminder that I'm not getting any younger. That, and the fact that I'm getting a grandson this august.
So, in order to forget about me turning into an old fart, I will just do what all the cool kids are doing these days: a giveaway train!
