So, as usual, I got wondering.

What was the last game you beat?
I don't mean actual 100% cleared, just beat.

Two day ago, I FINALLY beat the Ringed City from Dark Souls 3. And since it was with a new character devoted to using one weapon I needed to get from it, I count it as beaten the game as well. Especially since I did an ending I never got before.

So, who's next?

Sorry, no GA at the moment as I have nothing left.

Edit- Thanks to one poster, I should clarify that the game does not have to be on steam. It could be on the PS4, XBone, Switch or other. Even a phone game.

Edit 2- Added in PS5 and Series X games too.

I beat Final Fantasy X HD Remaster in late February. Super good game, I thought.

Finished Tamashii a few days ago. Very cool little horror puzzle platformer. Short, but highly recommended. I may go back and try and hunt down some of the secrets.

Tell Me Why. I got one ending and I played the last episode again so that I could see the other ending. But there was one achievement that I couldn't get, so I had to play it again from scratch. You can skip most cutscenes when replaying, but there are others you can't. It's so annoying.

The Little Acre

I've beaten this on my Nintendo Switch. It was a nice game with a great art style and very good voice acting but unfortunately very short. I haven't stopped the time, but I've finished it in one run and I think it did not take any longer than 2 hours.

What I liked:

  • The art style
  • The voice acting is great!
  • The story

The negatives:

  • very short
  • On my Nintendo Switch the game crashed 2 times
  • Moving felt a bit weird (by using my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller)

Would I recommend it?
Yes, but only when it's on sale.
(I purchased it when it was 90% off at a price of 1.29 €)

EDIT:
btw. chances are, that you already own the game, since it was free on EpicGames store ;)

The Outer Worlds with both DLCs. It does feel a bit rushed indeed, and I'd prefer it to be a bit longer, but otherwise, loved every minute of it. It might be not a masterpiece, but it's insanely entertaining.

Also, finished two new short adventure games afterwards: a walking simulator Paradise Lost and an FMV The Dark Side of the Moon. Both are deeply flawed, yet really enjoyable.

I'm working on the Outer Worlds base game. I don't have the dlc's though.

LOVING my flame thrower with an electrified mod on it now. Might put a corrosive one on another for fun if I can get the mod.

I had one on a machine gun. Fired green shots. You might have had one and didn't realize.

I had some corrosive weapons but no mods that could turn a weapon's damage into corrosive.

Splasher, a great 2d plateforme create by a part of a team from rayman origin and legend, really good game but really hard (a gamepad is 100% required), took me 5 hours for finish it (just the main game, no speedrun mode / no 100 %)

Divinity II

I can't believe it took me so long to find this series. I've been playing fantasy RPGs my entire life, and the Divinity series only showed up on my radar after the release of Original Sin 2, and reading all the praises for it. I'm working through Dragon Commander now, and I'm excited to see more of the story when I get to the Sin games. Better late than never!

Last game: "Real Life"

I didn't do any of the side quests and got nowhere near the high score but I finished the base game and am not buying any of the DLCs. I'm just going to do the dailies till the server quits.

It does seem to be a Early Access game, lots of bugs, illogical story and both way overpriced and takes too many hours to finish. After the 1st 20 years it also seems to drag in places.

I am looking towards Real Life 2 but considering it's been pushed back by at least 5,000 years I'm not holding my breath (Fallout rule).

A few minutes ago I've beaten Ori and the Will of the Wisps

This game is amazing! Great story, stunning visuals, a lovely in game world, an amazing soundtrack, ...
Everything is just perfect here.

I finished the main story, but there's still so much left to do. I will definitely play this again and do some of the other 'quests' and stuff :)

If you like metroidvania style platformers and don't mind that the game can be very challenging, then you should definitely play both of the Ori games. Especially with the new price tag of Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition
(Also available on GOG and also both games on Nintendo Switch)
But the Nintendo Switch version of the first one is much more expensive without a discount

Indivisible. I beat it, then since I just needed 2 achievements I went back to an earlier save to get one by spending my upgrade points a different way and beat a side quest to 100% (cheevos) it.
