Why does the price point of Tomb Raider keep changing?

the odd thing though is when you go to an actual giveaway page for just Tomb Raider on the list it says 70P but on the actual giveaway page is says 50P...

It's always the same games and each game always has the same "up" value.

So... when I join at 50 and then remove entry at 70 again, am I generating points out of nowhere? :D
Or is it charging me the 20 immediately when the price changes? Haven't notice though points ever going away without entering something. What if it would be charged while I was below 20 points? Would it go into the negatives?

Yeah standard edition constantly goes from 50 to 70.. then a few hours later, goes back down. Steam derp I guess. Collection is ofc 70 points :)
