I managed to solve 4 of the 10 with extreme ease, then another 4 with searching.

I knew 1. 5 I recognized but couldn't for the life of me remember the name of (I know, shame on me). I might mess around with the other 8 when I have some spare time :p

Try guessing one of the words that you can make out. I looked up a word that I thought was there, turned out that wasn't the word, but still found a result for it from Steam. xD

10 is distorted mate. You need to figure what's the closest to it.

WHOA! I don't hate Russians. I love them to death.
It's just that I've noticed that the majority of fake gifters are Russians, and every single time I've had trouble with a puzzle that has misspelled an answer, it's come from a Russian person with flawed English.
