Thanks to this site, I've discovered a lot of games from giveaways which I've added to my Steam wishlist.

So in this thread please post some interesting looking and possibly not-so-well-known games from your own wishlist that you think others should take a look at. Try to pick games you rarely see given away on here! I know many of you may have hundreds of games on your wishlist, so let's set a limit and say you can recommend up to 5 games from your wishlist. Please link to the Steam store page to make it easy for everyone to browse :-)

They can be regular games, early access, not yet released etc. As long as there's a steam page to add it to your wishlist. I figure it's a good way to discover some new games that maybe some people weren't aware of.

So, here are 5 from my wishlist:

Vagante
Nice looking pixel-graphic rogue-like (with co-op too!).

Darkwood
Still in Early Access, but looks very decent. Procedurally generated, top-down RPG horror.

RUINER
A kind of futurisitc, cyperpunk Hotline Miami vibe going on here. Devolver Digital released a new trailer on youtube, but it's not on the Steam page yet for some reason.

Midnight Animal
A standalone mod of Hotline Miami, approved by the devs. Not released until August, but it'll be free to play!

Jotun
A beautiful looking adventure based on Norse mythology.

GIVEAWAYS!

Finally, not a requirement just an idea if you're feeling generous, post a giveaway to a game that was on your wishlist, but you now own!

Here's a giveaway for Feist which was on my wishlist until recently. So far it's very beautiful and reminds me a lot of LIMBO. It appears to be quite short, but enjoyable :-) The giveaway runs for a week. I might add a few more giveaways during the week :-)

One more giveaway, not from my wishlist, but still has good reviews. Fallen Enchantress - Legendary Heroes.

Zoey1 is kindly giving away DISTRAINT. Cheers, Zoey!

Iracional88 kindly adds To The Moon. Cheers!

IovoI, our owl faced friend, kindly adds Risen. Thanks!

small update...
Thanks for all the great suggestions so far. I'm glad to see that many of you are also expanding your wishlist because of this thread!
Here's a few extra giveaways:

No Pineapple Left Behind
Town Craft
Julai

Fishworm has kindly added a giveaway for This War of Mine. Cheers, fishworm!

Bastirei kindly invites you to his Home, just remember to bring some drinks with you. Cheers, bastirei!

Thanks for sharing. Someone else recommended Slime Rancher, and it definitely looks fun :,)

First I've heard of Dead by Daylight, looks like it could be great if it's done right. Will keep an eye on that and wait for some reviews.

Thanks! That's a great game to give away.
I've put quite a few hours in to it. It's hard going but a very decent game, you just need to be in the right mood to play it. Updated the main description with your GA, cheers!

No Man's Sky is looking amazing. Couldnt decide which format to get it on, PC or PS4. Either way, that's one of the few games in many years to tempt me to buy on release.

As for Tormentum, it looks interesting. I've been a fan of Beksinski's art for a long time, and who doesn't love Giger. I'll definitely keep an eye on the game, thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Not so well-known? Let's see...Some I have on my list are

The Beginner's Guide
Hard West
The Cursed Forest
To Be Or Not To Be

A variety of genres, all very interesting-looking.

And one that's not on my wishlist, because I already finished it:
Thomas Was Alone
I'm not a huge fan of platformers, but this game has such a wonderful atmosphere and narration, I can't recommend it enough.

Edit: Added a little ga for HOME, another small game I really enjoyed. Not for everyone, though, so I'd suggest checking out the Steam store page first.

Good choices. I've also had Hard West on my list for a while, it looks good.

Hadn't heard of The Cursed Forest before, but I've added it to mine now too.

Thanks for the giveaway! I've updated the main description.

Could be the fact that you've given away precisely two games in the last three years. Why not try creating some more giveaways? :-)

Well, at the time I think you had 15 wins and 0 sent. However, you did give two games away in the last few months, so that's a start at least.

I like the look of Stardew Valley, though I feel I would play it more if it was on my mobile or vita. Still I may grab it on steam one day when there's a big enough discount.

I really want to play Firewatch, it looks great.

Invisible Inc. is very good. Though in my opinion, not as outstanding as their previous game Mark of the Ninja, but certainly different and more challenging.

Some of the games I wanted to suggest have already been mentioned so I'll skip 'em.
Sneaky Sneaky (Ranked 228 on sg wishlist. 38 GAs so far)
Pumped BMX + (Ranked 227 on sg wishlist. 24 GAs so far)
I'm hiding this one 'cause I already suggested it once but didn't get a positive feedback.
Super Cane Magic ZERO (Ranked 221 on sg wishlist. 1 GA so far)

Absolute Drift (Ranked 191 on sg wishlist. 3 GAs so far)
TIS-100 (Ranked 163 on sg wishlist. 22 GAs so far)
Hand of Fate (Ranked 157 on sg wishlist. 71 GAs so far)

Bonus as it's a fairly new title:
Shadow Complex Remastered (Ranked 128 on sg wishlist. 4 GAs so far)

EDIT: Sorry they're not exactly 5 ^^; (they are if we exclude the hidden and the bonus one) =P
Added data from community wishlist to reflect the fact that are semi-unknown.

That's a good recommendation!
Transistor still remains one of my top-10 games of all time, and Bastion was great too. I have to be honest, the music in the Pyre didn't really impress me so much, especially compared to their previous aforementioned games which had superb soundtracks and narration. But I'm definitely going to keep an eye on Pyre and see how it turns out. Cheers for reminding me about it :-)

Some games from my wishlist that I don't think have been mentioned yet:
The Sea Will Claim Everything - Point-and-click adventure with the same writer as The Talos Principle (not that I've played that :V)
Kero Blaster - Run-and-gun shooter by the Cave Story creator
Solstice - Mystery visual novel with gorgeous art in a colorful dystopia
Selenon Rising - Ace Attorney-esque mystery game in an Earth conquered by aliens
Aurion: Legacy of the Kori-Odan - Action RPG set in fantasy Africa!
