Sliders - series about travels into different dimensions.
I really love this series and been watching it 5 times... all together.

The worst movie I watched was 400 days. No idea what was the ending, no idea what it ment, it was totally stupid.
Too many questions not enough answers. If you want to get angry on a movie, You can watch this...

And one of the bests "Interstellar" ... made me think a lot.

You got a start of a good review here with "Interstellar" (I also liked this film). Give it a little more details - what you like, why did it make you think. We are considering you as a member and it can help us decide.

I don't want to spoil the movie to other people.
It was just unexpected, made me think how much people didn't achieve yet and how much they still have to learn.
The movie tells about a man who wanted to save the world.
He got help... watch the movie to get to know who helped him :)
Did he saved the world? Or maybe he failed?

Psych:
I watch a lot of crime shows (criminal minds, lie to me, etc) but this one stuck with me. There aren't very many Crime shows that are funny. Psych is very funny at times with many 80's references as well as physical comedy strewn throughout the show. I have seen the entire show twice and there are not very many episodes that didn't have me smiling throughout most of them. The Crime aspect was also pretty good with most having an interesting or unique story line. I recommend the show to anyone who loves comedies as well as crime shows. If you are into 80's or 90's you would also love this show with many of the references are very well done. They even get half of tears for fears on the show! highly recommended, the whole thing is on netflix as well which is nice :)

I like crime shows, but not in the procedural type, couldn't find those who got me hooked. Psych wasn't different. I gave it a good try but it didn't stick. I do like crime motifs a lot though - Dexter, Oz (my all time favorite series) and you can say Mr. Robot has also criminal tones.

We like your review. Welcome to Movie Addicts Club! :)

Oh, sorry.. I didn't read the last sentences :-P

I love a lot of series, but today I'll select this one:

-- The Wire --
t's hard not to love this serie. A plot that manages to keep you on alert for five seasons, shaping the argument in each season focusing in one main theme: drougs, education, harbor traffic... A great argument and better characters. You can follow for five years the life of any of them, their personal problems, their families,... without ever leaving the main plot. Simply a work of art

It's one of the best serie I've never seen

note: English is not my main language as you may have deduced. I apologize for all the aberrations that I've written

Thanks for the review. Your review is short and precise, telling anyone who reads it what to expect from the series. I haven't watched 'The Wire' yet, but intend to. Thanks for the recommendation. Oh, and welcome to M.A.C. You're invited. :)

I mean, I like to think myself as a distinguished critique since I take the time to criticise every show I watch when chatting with my friends, so I guess a small review won't hurt, right? Definitely no sarcasm intended.

Today's show - Game of Thrones:

Honestly, if I was in a position where I had to write an actual review of the show, I wouldn't know where to begin. Fantastic, brilliant, depressing? Game of Thrones is just the type of show that gets you hooked from the very beginning, it establishes a bond between you, the audience, and the show itself. It makes you get attached to characters along time, people like Ned Stark, Robb Stark or even Joffrey (there are evil people out there, I know it. xd). It sounds great so far, right? Yup, until everyone dies. I've never watched a show where so many main characters get killed left, right and centre in my life, but that's exactly what makes it great. Anyone can die, the story goes on. Still waiting for Cersei to die tho, right?
Would definitely recommend the show to anyone who has TIME to spare, because if you don't, stay away from it. It takes your life over until you catch up, I didn't leave the house for a week when I started getting into it. :D

Good job overall. I would add a small description about it for those unfamiliar.
Genre: Fantasy. Synopsis: Game of Throne is a political-fantasy series, which immediately makes it distinguishable from any other fantasy show, which revolves around noble houses (similar and drawn from England nobility age and "War of the Roses" in particular) vying for control of the land of Westeros and the eponymous Iron Throne.

I had to stop reading after the first half, you should really put spoilers when you're actually spoiling things :D
I wasn't aware of this series but now that I know (spoiler ahead>>>) there are supernatural elements in it I'm less inclined to watch it though it has a good trailer and high rating on Rotten Tomatoes and the genre is one of my favorites (psychological thriller) so I'm not sure. Maybe I'll give it a try.

Thanks for introducing it to me. I like your effort and the way you write (just use more spoilers next time!) so welcome to M.A.C and enjoy the rest of our train!

Oooh, thanks for the spoilers actually - I watched the first 2 episodes but it didn't really grab me, I'm glad to see it just would've gotten "worse" (= further from what I expected/would have wanted from what the first episodes set up). I still have nice hat from some promotional event for the show though :P

Right now I'm watching a tv serie called Person of Interest. I'm just starting at season 1. For the moment the serie is engaging. The plot is well designed one of the fears that we have, being constantly spied by our government about everything in our life and if we are considered a threat to national security we get caught before anything is done about a machine, an IA system that detects everything and predicts people who may be in danger or could be a killer, and pass info to two guys who tries to be in time to stop anything bad. The main character does a great role, personally I like his jokes mostly based on irony and sarcams. It's a very good tv show to watch in my opinion.

If you enjoy it now, then you'll really enjoy it from season 3 onwards. It gets really good the further on it gets in the series. Your review is good enough for an invite, but I'm not near my pc, so if you don't mind waiting a few hours, your invite will be coming shortly. I'll notify you the moment it is done.
