Steam app "CONFIRMATIONS" error?

Is anyone experience this? When you want to trade or selling cards on steam, on the confirmations page, its keep saying error

Check if it's already listed and that's why you're getting an error.

Ok, tried to put something on the market and getting the same error. Probably a server issue and will be fixed soon.

No one can confirm trades. Therefore, trading is in fact down.

Also happened last week on Steam routine maintenance.
We couldn't confirm any of our trades/market listing, it was down for about 24hrs.
