I'm in Germany (temporarily; not German). I'm able to activate games that aren't available on the German Steam store. I see you're in Bulgaria (according to your Steam profile). I reckon you should be able to activate Bulletstorm without any problems, since it will likely be a non-region specific key.

They are usually BTA, but if you buy the bundle before they get added (non BTA) you will get the games that will be added. Or at least this is what it have been like before :)
