Well, indeed that site is steamgifts, so you will send some gifts. Not like that would actually generate some serious cv since all is bundled

As far as I understand the FAQ - no, you have not that right. Deleting giveaways is primarily for "delete a giveaway if I create one by accident, if I select incorrect information while setting it up, or if the gift is no longer available" (FAQ).
Every user of SG should take care only to create giveaways they are convinced, they can deliver. Delete giveaway is for rare cases something unforseen happens.
You have created over 9000 giveaways. A dozend or two without CV should not hurt you much.

You are wrong, Oppenheimer is right. Whatver text you write in your descriptions doesn't mean a thing. Your text means nothing. You have to abide by the rules the site set up.
None of your giveaways should be deleted by mods, because having less than 5 entries is no valid reason for a deletion. Your own setup, so live with the consequences like an adult.

so you think people will still trust you after you close a lot of your giveaways just because they don't get you CV - HA what a baby like half my giveaways don't get me CV (two stars) but i don't care this will only hurt you in the long term - also if your really in it just to level up public giveaways are the best

i see plenty of problems like the terms of service from the site - it doesn't matter what you write on your giveaway - a small warning it might not work , may be ok but at the end of the day you have no right to cancel the giveaway - on the plus side you have tried to close them before they end but if the do end you really have to send them out even if no CV is given or it will look bad - yes we all get the odd giveaway for whatever reason doesn't work when sent but this is just bad
