hmm..what happened...I cant switch pages anymore in forums. Always get the latest one, and if i switch it automatically goes back to the newest one.

btw Zo you think you can make this section http://www.steamgifts.com/manage/entries filter by private, group and public giveaways so we can check how many entrys we have for each, and too help sort it better, he case we want to check a specific giveaway. :P

What Lorkhan said. It would require going to the giveaway page of every single giveaway on your entries list and parsing through the data to figure out if it's private, group, or public. The biggest issue here is that it would mean dozens of server requests per page, which would contribute to putting a lot of stress on the server. Parsing through the dozens of giveaway would take a while as well, as it'd have to wait for the server request.
It would only be feasible if the private/group/public data was shown on the list of entries for each giveaway.

Thats is a left over of something else. Not a part of the addon.
The quikcview is what you need. My opinion is that you should be able read the giveaway description before entering, perhaps leave a comment as well. With such a 'enter' link thats not possible, hence why it was never implemented.

The addon already makes use of localStorage. However, there is no mechanism in place to detect this kind of errors and helps users troubleshoot. In fact, this is a great idea and I will see if I can get something in place. If you interested in contributing, the addon source is on github. :)

I had the same problem on Firefox but I just updated the script as you said and it works fine. So thanks again Zo :-)

After doing a few times I realise it works after pressing "Ignore games in my sync library" and "Check this box if you want to hide featured giveaway" but when I click the boxes "Not entered" and "Limit by points" it completely breaks it, meaning even though I've turned them off after clicking them, it still doesn't hide games I already own. CBB right now to check which 1 exactly is causing it but maybe tomorrow.
