Toy Soldiers isn't bad if you don't mind it's a terribly shoddy port. Guns of Icarus isn't really a tower defense, but it's pretty close, and I had fun with it.
Oh, and Kongregate.com has a lot of free flash TD games.

Recently, i got interested in TD on Steam. I've been playing dozens of hours of these in StarCraft and then WarCraft 3. Now, I wanted to have one or two games like that on Steam.
Here comes my question, which of them do you consider the best or at least worth checking out? So far, I know that there are Dungeon Defenders, Cubemen, Orcs Must Die... and that's all.
Which of them is the best or maybe you know other ones?
