What do i do if i already own a game i won ?

So i won the Ramp on the site but its free on fanatical and i claimed it there not too long ago,i am kinda confused how i even won it
What i do in this situation ? Must have entered the giveaway before being aware of the fanatical giveaway or something like that

Apologize to the gifter and ask for a re-roll :). Some games don't sync properly, can't hold it against anyone for not opening the steam page of every game and memorizing hundreds or thousands of game names in anyones library. After all, the gifter wasn't aware of said issue either probably, or they would've mentioned in the GA to check to make sure you don't already own it, like some do with deluxe editions or stuff that doesn't sync properly due to steam api's being weak af.

Tip for the future, resync soon after you activated new games. And check your entered giveaways for your new activations.
To prevent it the next time.

It syncs automatically, after several days or so, but you can force Steamgifts to sync manually. Click the down arrow next to your character icon in the top right, and there's an option to sync with Steam.
