Can my account be disabled on steam because of inappropriate names?

I believe they can suspend you from the community for x amount of time.

If someone reports you, you can be suspended from the community and/or asked to change it.

Either way, I have to ask, what's the point? If you're worried, stop acting like a child and change your name back to something more acceptable and mature.

I believe you could, but only if somebody reports you so they see it. So it's a function based on how inappropriate it is and how much you annoy the people who would see your profile ;)

Right, what does being a web developer have to do with this? If anything, a web developer would be using a more sophisticated browser like Chrome or Firefox. A web developer would also understand that an online service as popular as Steam would be faced with an insurmountable amount of work if they banned people because of inappropriate Steam names. Don't you think they would simply force certain words to be censored if it was a concern to them? They already do this in the forums.

A friend of mine (IRL) has been named something like "Captain Dildo-zer" for the past 2 years with no troubles. Actually, let me look at the exact name, cause I'm sure it's funnier than that.
