Synchronization of profile user on steamgifts which doesn't exist in steam group.

This disscussion was created for users of steam group mostly.

We have a problem with gray and innactive guys like on this picture. https://imgur.com/a/XnyNW
I would like show this problem, because I can not reach the admins. They are don't answer.

Unless the user logs in here again, there will be no sync.
