Can someone make the text in these images more legible?

I'm sorry to do this on your cake day, but...

I tried a couple tricks on photoshop, no improvement noticeable, too much jpg.

I'm not an expert, but I think the best anyone could do with these is manually replace the text. And I'm guessing you don't already know what they say.

Honestly: feels to me like it's not realistically viable unless you already know the text and do some replacements.

No chance someone would make those images readable. But... You said it was from a video? Can you give a link? Maybe it would be possible to get better results from it.
