They responded to me the same or next day usually. The last days they didn't respond though, but there is surely a good reason for that

The last couple of days, I saw a lot of gifters get suspended (some because of Dwarfs, some for other reasons).

I'm not sure if someone filed a ticket in those cases (I just reported with the button) but I'm sure people are working to control the scamming. It just so happens that this website has grown too much too quickly, so we need to have patience.

My first ticket I sent without the urgent stamp was dealt with relatively quickly, I think it took them only a few minutes...
