Is it OK to enter more then as 1 half life giveaway I've entered 3 so far I wondered if that was wrong or anything?

yes, enter as many giveaways as you like
When its Anonymous would I know if I won it or would I have to wait until he/she sends the gift?

Or i'd know I won it when it ended?

And What's Missing Base Game?! I would have entered a 12 people giveaway if this missing base thing didn't have to pop up. And why is it wrong?

it is normally for dlc content, and you do not own the original game for the dlc content to add onto

1. You can enter 9001 times for the same game.
2. You know when you win a game (Never won a game though)
3. Missing Base Game = You want to enter for DLC but you dont have the Game for the DLC. It's like you want to buy a PS3-Game but you dont even have a PS3.

Actually, win you win you will know because there will be a big green banner across the steamgifts homepage.

If you look below the header there is a line between the header and the featured giveaway. That turns into a big green bar that says you have won a game, when you when.

If a giveaway has ended and it say Anonymous, that just means the winner hasn't confirmed... something... If you checked a few hours later it should have the winner publicly listed.

A: Enter as many giveaways for the same game as you like. The odds of winning two of them are astronomically low, and even if you did, one of them can simply be rerolled.

B: When you win a giveaway, there will be a green bar alerting you to that fact at the top of most pages.

C: Things won here are for you alone. They may not be traded or given away. They are to be activated on your account ASAP. If you don't have the game for the DLC, you have no business entering for it, hence it's not even allowed by the site.
