afaik you can gift bundles but if the game publishers require they limit purchases per user. Per user limit can be worked around by using same HB account but different payment methods ( like PP, stripe , amazon , etc )

Not with the same account. Idk whether they also check paying method or IP address to detect that someone is buying more than once.

You must just gift it to another account. Because if you make it with same acc it will expand to july bundle
