Check out this thread. And in the similar fashion let us know about this user, so we can all ignore him just in case he tries to scam again. Also it would be nice if you can report it to Steam support, this is a level of scam that they mind too.
It is also against the rules to trade or gift away the giveaways you won. If anyone says that is their intention, you should not send their gift either, and report to inbox@steamgifts.com so CG can re-roll and provide another winner.

I don't care if they "can't enter their email", I'm going to send it to the e-mail provided by SG

There are people who await the end of giveaway to see the winner,
then they set up their profile to look exactly like the winners profile (name, avatar, groups...)
When the giveaway is over, they will add the gifter and say crap like this:
22:52 - XXXX: i can't enter to my mail
22:52 - XXXX: can you send me though trade? i want to gift it to my friend =)
Happened to me today, after I gave away my first gift here on SG.
I knew there was something odd about that.
Luckily I sent it to the email provided on SG, everyone should always do that and refuse to trade it through trading system.
Thanks,
Happy Gifting!
