I expect nothing, and I know I'll still be disappointed 👀

Every trash and expensive fanatical bundle but condensed into a shorter time period. What an event.

sorry for late reply, but it seems that artifex mundi switched to mobile gaming - they did Blade Bound and Tiny Dragons, theres also HOG Unsolved being only mobile as far as I know, and untitled RPG project in works with no other information available

3 gamble bundles with high prices and crappy games

The first bundle drop is usually the best one. Hopefully a Killer, Reaper, etc.
One or two gamble bundles and maybe a Guardian bundle since there is 7 which is ending soon. Then a lot of repeats.
Too many Bundle Fests. They should do this once a year. Quality over Quantity.

Easier to be excited for humble monthly, to be honest. And that's really saying something considering how bad those have been.

My thoughts exactly. Or, if worse comes to worst, you won't buy anything but you will have enjoyed the adrenaline rush. It's not like most of us are hurting for games.

It's been a really long time since the last good Fanatical bundle. I used to buy regularly, but my last purchase was in November? Most of their bundles these days are just repeats.

Good luck finding PR4 Extended cheaper than that, let alone with the DLC.

Big problem with the random bundles is they don't tell you the prizes or odds in advance. You just have to assume that you will get good games if it's expensive and crap if it's cheap, and give the expensive one a fancier title. We only know what is in the bundle from user reports and even those could be inaccurate. People might not want to share that they just bought a bunch of crap, and they would more likely brag about getting good stuff, maybe even good stuff they never got. But gambling is addictive and it can feel like you are winning when you aren't.

A preview of what's to come in the diamond bundle. It was an announcement in fanaticals steam group
"Dropping today at 4pm BST, the Diamond Collection includes an line-up of 19 great titles where you can choose up to 5.
The list of games includes:
Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Experience
Metro Redux Bundle
Beholder 3
Chronicon
Shenmue III
and many more.
Head to the site later to see the entire line-up and remember, if you have purchased or purchase the Kingslayer Bundle, you will also get a $2 coupon to spend on the Diamond Collection.
Enjoy"

Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Experience
TIL there's a game package with both MGS Vs.
Beholder 3
Wow that has worse reviews than I would've guessed. I suppose the devs must've botched the launch?
Chronicon
Looks like a very well received Hack N Slash game that has a lot of loot variety and deep character progression. Might be interested in that.
Thanks for the heads up on Diamond bundle coming.

you don't think it will be the same price do you? these games are not really worth that sort of price

I just came back on SG and saw your comment, so I'm a little late to respond as the bundle has already launched. It's the same price as the last one. To answer your question though, I thought it was going to be the same price, but I did wonder if Fantical marketing would raise it a tiny bit, maybe a buck because they added a $2 off coupon in the Kingslayer Bundle. I'm really glad that the price wasn't raised as I would have felt it to be a pretty shitty marketing tactic.
As far as the Diamond and Platinum Collection bundles go, I feel these are more of a "buy if you plan to play them right away" type of bundle due to the high pricing compared to most of the other type of bundles that bundle stores offer. If you were considering getting one or a few of these titles when it was on sale or at full price it very well could be worth grabbing it, especially if the historical low of the games are above the price breakdown of what you get in this bundle. Of course if a game has been bundled before some people will often look at previous bundles price breakdowns rather than the regular sale historical lows.
As far as the games in Fanatical's bundles go, you'll often find that ones that have a low amount of reviews(100 to 200 or under) often find themselves in multiple bundles. For example Godstrike, Outerverse, and Obsidian Prince are first time bundled games in this Diamond Collection bundle, all with under 200 reviews. The odds that they will see another bundle soon in a few weeks to a month after this one ends are pretty high.
I expect the June Platinum Collection bundle will be launching before bundlefest is over in 2 weeks. 3 for $10, 5 for $15, 7 for $20. I'm guessing there will either be a new "Killer" or "All Star" bundle coming as well. I'm guessing we may see a coupon for the June Platinum bundle hosted in one of the upcoming bundefest bundles as well, with it likely being in one of the two bundles I mentioned.
EDIT: I meant June Platinum Collection, not May.

thanks - really only the one game i was kinda of interested in but not to play straight away so it was a super easy pass for me - i have too many games i am playing right now anyway

Correction, it's not exactly the same. The 4 for $18.99 option isn't there, so there's only 3 pricing tiers rather than 4.

Not the most promising start, especially if they go with the same price structure as the last Diamond bundle.
3 for $15 will be hard to justify without some stronger games that don't overlap with Epic freebies.
