How do i increase my level on here?

Good morning, to increase your level you can :

  • gift your remaining keys from bundles
  • gift games you buy from virtual (legit is better) stores
  • directly from steam, then you'll have to add the winner to gift the game.

Beware the region-locks of the keys / region-lock of your steam store.

Yes you can ! But less easier,
sometimes the system doesn't recognizes well that your winner already has the dlc you gift.

It's even worse than that. Some DLC requires DLC, or delisted main games. Since SG can't detect ownership, some DLC can't get any entrants.

im trying to give away guild wars 2 cosmetic dlc but i cant because there is no selection for the "select this game" part 😔

Unfortunately you're right it's not in the list, i'm afraid that's not possible
Theorically, you can ask support to add the dlc to the list, but don't hope for a fast answer, they're extremely busy

In that case, it could be a DLC not listed on Steam. I know I got one like that recently as a freebie. The FAQ is here: https://www.steamgifts.com/about/faq Guidelines here: https://www.steamgifts.com/about/guidelines
In this case the guidelines section says: "If the game is not available in the giveaway list, please contact support to have the game added, instead of posting the giveaway under an incorrect name."

Also, is it a Steam key, or a key you enter in GW? From my own experience with AWA and Prime GW keys, you enter them in game, not into Steam.

You give away games to level up here: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/new

Before you list the game it tells you if you get the full value of the game, 15% or 0%. Of course they can and will retroactively at any time reduce said value to zero.

Also, after your fifth giveaway of the same title, you lose 10% of the contributed value.

That's it.

TLDR: Give away games.
