Sorry, I didn't think to explain things. The letters are a code to the fist giveaway, and you put them in the url: www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/-----/

Unfortunately this doesn't help you now, but jigidi does save your progress if you have an account created. It might be worth doing that if you like doing these puzzles.

instead of it being https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/H0X5A you need to close it off with a / making it https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/H0X5A/ (the second link here should work
