I've been seeing many people posting giveaways for games that are in Icaio's wishlist: https://store.steampowered.com/wishlist/id/iocaio/?sort=reviews&type_filters=games
If you want a better format and ways to export, use Steam Wishlist Calculator: https://www.steamwishlistcalculator.com/wishlist/iocaio
Currently it has 350 games (one of them free).

I think I said the same thing last year.
Well, it was during that uncertain period when the truth and information were all mixed up.

Sorry for the long message.
Before I created my account here, I was a member of the greek internet. Where everyone knows everything, and if you say something that makes the other person think, they start attacking you. I quit and haven't looked back. But I don't want to talk just about myself...
I felt that icaio was one of the members who could see injustice in others. Or he was blessed and did not know what injustice was and treated everyone equally. I have seen several messages of him trying to help and encourage new or small members. Either with whitelists, or by giving them keys to create giveaways, of the countless ones he had.
The last interaction I had with him was in the previous community train. Where until I prepared my descriptions and gave a link for the next one, only to see that he had already added a new cart. This happened 3 times, until he waited for me to add mine. And I won't hide the fact that I was expecting to see him online in the chat in the days after to discuss the insignificance of this.
And one last thing I'd like to say, regarding icaio and me. About 2 years ago, he had asked for some bundled games in the corresponding thread. One of them was one that I had kept for myself. I sent it to him, without hesitation. A simple act, made 2 people very happy. And because it was him, he gave me one too.
What a wonderful soul he was.

Today marks the 1 year anniversary that we lost him. Rest In Peace, my friend. :(

Hey all. I am going to start by saying that I do not have any more information than what I am sharing in this post.
EDIT: as it turns out, I do have some more information
ANOTHER EDIT, just a quick update
As some of you know, icaio has not been on SG for a while, and he hasn't logged into his Steam profile either.
I posted on his Steam profile a few weeks ago, just a quick note saying I hoped he was okay.
Yesterday I received a friend request on Steam from someone I did not recognize. I didn't see any obvious red flags, so I accepted.
This new friend sent me a message today, saying that they were icaio's cousin, and they saw my post on his profile and wanted to let me know that icaio passed away on September 30.

I don't think it's a stretch to say that icaio was an absolute legend of Steamgifts. His generosity, sense of humor and thoughtfulness came through in every 'showerthinking' post and every 'trash' game giveaway and every time he helped to solve a derailment in the community train.
Before I visited Rome a few years ago, caio volunteered to give me his mobile number so I could ask him real-time questions while I was in Italy. And that's exactly what I did! So we didn't quite get a chance to actually meet in person, but it was fun to chat with him while we were in the same country.
Not much more to say right now. Just R.I.P. to icaio, he will always be a Steamgifts legend.
