Mostly rebundled trash.
These staff picks have a lot of "we have too many of these, so put em in a bundle" feel to it. Rather than actual "these games are good", as you'd expect from the name.

I wouldn't call games with ratings in the eighties and nineties "trash". Maybe they aren't your cup of tea. I think XIII - Classic deserves a place in everybody's library.

They are rebundles, that's for sure.
And I agree -- a better name for the bundle would be "Lots of extra keys lying around" instead of "staff picks."

Lilly, you have an asterisk at Lorelei's 0 times bundled - is the asterisk a marker for a pick and mix/BYOB appearance, or something else? There is no explanation for that in the OP.

It's possible - I bought a horror pick and mix? with Lorelei in it from Fanatical, so in this single case I'm 100% sure it's not mystery bundle only :)

That asterisk means that the game was featured only in "Specials" (Build a Bundle, Pick & Mix , Mystery). Usually these don't get partial CV, so they're not really counted as "bundles". But sometimes (like the current case or the Spooktacular Build Your Own Bundle that first featured Lorelai), the price is low enough for a game to get partial CV.
