How to promote my Youtube Channel?

Hi everyone, I started a youtube channel a few months ago which has had barely any views at all. I'm guessing this is due to the lack of exposure over anything else. Could anyone recommend a website or forum to share gaming videos? Thank you so much for any advice! 1) beta test a game
2) be active in bug finding and post bugs through video format in youtube but make it unlisted.
3) wait for 1-3 months and get loyal followers
