If they do this, I feel like they would also have to give back that percentage to people who are gifting and then it would get really really messy.

I feel like this is more about just giving people things, no matter if they've entered 1 million give aways or just one.

Nope, at the current time your chances do NOT lower if you win a giveaway, nor is this planned to be implemented :P

That's pretty cool, cause you don't wanna win one game you like, but then don't win another game you like even more just cause you took a chance on the first one. lol
