The one on Amazon is sold by a third party seller anyway, they could set the price at $5,000. For that money, you should've at least had a dedicated GPU.

almost 2 years ago i got a hp pavilion dv6 rossignol edition with core i5, 6GB ram, an ati 5650 (1gb dedicated) for €400+shipping, so your original purchase was a steal too :P

It was not a steal, it's pretty weak in terms of configuraton. The only thing that makes it's price fair may be the VAIO monitor, which should be actually great. Anyway, just to give you another example for comparison, I took HP laptop with AMD A8 (4 cores) 1.90Mhz to 2.5 on Turbo, 6 Gb of RAM, AMD 7670M + 7650G, working together in CrossFireX for 550$ last week.

Some people don't know to read properly.He says that he bought it 2 years ago.
Don't say that it is shit because you bought a much better one last week,etc.

It also has a built in webcam and mic as do most laptops today.

I feel bad for anyone who has to buy products and Best Buy. Most likely 'cause they have no where better to shop at.

It is so expensive on amazon because 3rd party sellers are trying to screw over people like they always do on there. Also doesn't help that that model isn't being made any more. I try and avoid 3rd party sellers on amazon as much as i can for that reason. But anywho, thanks for the giveaways.
