Seems like you are using a link someone gave you who is a friend of that guy. None-friends need the trade link with the guy's trade token

Example: My friends can send me trades using this link: https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=57803
Non-friends need the link with the token: https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=57803&token=NMU-RfmW
