I do lots of cool free giveaways and buyin giveaways including steam cards, games, and Team Fortress 2 items!!! We recently hit 300 members, and now we are at 900 thanks to steamgifts.com, and our goal is 1,000. For every 50 or 100 members that join, we host special giveaways and more.
