Problem with Amazon Steam keys

So, yesterday I went on to my Amazon PC Game Library page to find one of my unused keys. When I went on there, I found the page like this, with NONE of my keys showing. None of them from anything I've ever bought. So I called support, and they weren't sure what was up either, so they said they'd look in to it, which can take a while.

My problem is, I had a giveaway end for Bioshock 2, and I have another giveaway ending soon for a different game on that list. So I'm trying to fix it myself if it's at all possible to do so (I don't want to buy another Bioshock 2 lol).

So, my question is, has this happened to any of you? How did you fix it?

TL;DR: My amazon page is messed up, has it happened to you and can I fix it?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or try using another browser?

Firefox, Chrome, Internet explorer, and the default browser on my phone. I cleared Firefox's cache and cookies, also.

Hmm, then it seems to be something on their end. I've never bought a game from Amazon so I don't know where the key are supposed to appear (obviously you do, but I'm just looking at the picture). I guess the best option is to just wait? If you're concerned about your giveaways, you can either talk to support and have them delete your current standing one or just take a gamble that it'll be fixed by then. For the Bioshock 2 one, since it ended, you can try to talk to the person who won it and explain your situation or again bring it up with support.

If you REALLY want to be sure that it's not on your end, try logging into your Amazon account on a different computer.

The keys pop up above the "Purchased on X" date.

I've talked to the winner about it.

I've logged in on someone else's computer also. Same situation. :/

Give it a few days. There's no rush to deliver on the giveaways. Even if they get marked as not received after the 7 day waiting period, you can still gift them later and the winners will change the feedback to received. (And if they don't, you can contact support to do it.)

Edit: No problems with my keys.

Yeah. I'm more concerned that they won't get it fixed within the week, especially with holidays coming up. If it's not fixed by next week, I'll talk to support about it.

Have you tried clicking 'view order details' on it? I've never gotten more than one copy of a game on amazon before, so not sure if this would help.

The keys don't show up on that page. There's a "download" button over to the right that I've cut off, which lets you download the game's installer and it comes with a copy of the key, but it only gives me one of the keys, and it's the wrong (already used) one. So, no dice there.

I did have a similar problem with this but i redeemed the key but after a few days it disappeared from my library and i couldn't get into my amazon account. I sent a message to amazon and they fixed it and refunded me (because it was my gift card balance) but didn't give me the game back.

So i would recommend that you see amazon about it

Hopefully, and usually I wouldn't be that worried, but with Christmas coming up and support being as confused about it as they were, I'm not too sure. lol

They haven't fixed it yet. I'm supposed to hear from them today, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon...

Some games from amazon don't have steam keys, they are just downloads. For example, I know that the Sega collections do not, they are just a file for download. For the other games, it may be an error on their part.

I didn't see my Scribblenauts key on the page right after I bought it, but when I downloaded the game before I installed I was able to see my Steam key. Try downloading the game you need to send and see if it lets you view the Steam key from there.

It will as long as I only have one of it. Some games I have more than one, and that method only lets me see one of the keys. But yeah, that's how I redeemed Scribblenauts.

I figured something out for one winner. Messaged the other and let them know and they were cool with it. Still, I only have a few days to get it to them. If it hits the week, I'll contact support with a ticket.
