Well, if it makes you feel better - no, you're not taking crazy pills. It does seem to happen occasionally <- I could be wrong since they're slightly different, but he could have edited one of them before the 3minute mark.

If you posted it, then read comments and then reloaded page (and it asked you to resubmit data), then yes, that could happen, because double post protection lasts only like 30 seconds (or so) and between your posts, there is 1 minute delay.
