What's been sitting on your Steam wishlist for the longest time?

NieR:Automata added on 5/19/2018. Was waiting for a deeper discount but it never went under 20€ and now it doesn't seem to go on discount at all anymore.

I erased my wishlist once (readding most of the games) so I am not 100% sure, but I can tell you 99.99% sure which game has been in it for the longest being the most wanted.

I remember having The Typing of the Dead: Overkill since 2013 or so but I finally bought it since after expecting years for a sale I gave up and cave in. lol

The Monkey Island Special Editions, added them in August 2012. Just never got around to picking them up, specially since I already own the boxed copies from back in the day lol.

Thief (2014), added in 2014. I remember... about that time I did a playthrough of the original Thief 1 and 2 (as a sidenote, I think they are excellent to this day, despite their age still among the best stealth games).
I was still in uni, I've read a criticism of the 2014 game on a review site of a hungarian gamer magazine that has ceased to publish physically since, I was their subscriber for years... its crazy to realize how much time went by since.

mahjong quest collection, added on 04/26/2016. never been discounted more than 25%, last in 2017.

next is renowned explorers: the emperor's challenge dlc, added on 04/19/2017 (a month before release). still waiting for -75% like the other dlc. -67% was the best, back in 2017, only 50 since.

these are followed by more 2017 additions that never received a discount (or not much), or not since then, and most likely never again.

There are three games still on there that were added in 2017:

• Prehistoric Kingdom, added 8/31/2017
• Mashinky, added 9/22/2017

They're all still in Early Access so that is definitely a big reason why I haven't picked them up yet. I have so many games already, there's no need to grab unfinished games, just for them to sit in my library gathering digital dust.
