Clandestinity of Elsie looks like it has steam trading cards which you can't get it if you added the game for free. If they redeem the game with a key then they can get the cards. So someone could still benefit from it, you just won't get any CV for the giveaway.

That's what I get for hoarding their coins I guess (Have $50 worth now, and one worth -$1.51) but appreciate the info (and the giveaways!)
