I remember a thread like this here a while back, and there, I suggested this cooking channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/yousuckatcooking/videos

If that was also your thread, here's something extra: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuQeuxyzIzo&t=4s

Let's Game It Out for video game comedy.
Ryan George for general comedy.
Zero Punctuation for comedy game reviews. (Focus on the comedy and with the reviews hidden in there. ^_^' )
Hmm, let's see.. what else... ah, right- Dorkly if you're into very dark video game comedy. XD

...Yeah, I mostly only have comedy stuff to suggest.

Edit: Something not comedy- Kurzgesagt โ€“ In a Nutshell for cool space science videos (they also have other science stuff but the biology and pollution related stuff get kinda depressing :X ).

Kurzgesagt's production, writing, and animation are absolutely amazing... their biases and integrity tho, let's say it has been put to question by many, specially when it comes to their environment videos and how techno-positive and pro big money they can get.
They have a questionable track record when it comes to presenting things like carbon capture as potential solutions despite many sources pointing out that it doesn't really work at the moment and that even if it works someday it might be too late by that point, they're actually not depressing enough most of the time when it comes to describe just how dire the situation is and there's suspicion than that's because they take money from sponsors interested in keeping the status quo for longer so they can keep profiting rather than stricter regulations being put in place. And they're whole thing about adding 10k years to the calendar feels like trying to undo colonialism by just prescribing culture, so just more colonialism but fancier.
I'd love it if they stuck to space and physics so I don't have to feel like they're occasionally selling me a smoke-screen. I must admit however that they're a lot more willing to admit their failures than most youtubers and they have gone back to make corrections and apologize for badly conveying information in the past.

I wholeheartedly agree with your other recommendations tho, at least the ones I have watched before (Ryan George, ZP, and Dorkly). In fact the entirety of the Escapist is really good nowadays, not just Yahtzee's stuff, ever since the new director took over a few years ago the channel went up in quality, the guy is really dedicated to the point of personally responding to comments.

+1 for Kurzgesagt, their ant series is quite interesting.

Also, I'd like to recommend:
https://www.youtube.com/c/veritasium, for general science
https://www.youtube.com/c/TomScottGo, for some interesting places around the globe
https://www.youtube.com/JaredOwen, for 3D animations about how things work
https://www.youtube.com/casualnavigation, for interesting things about ship
https://www.youtube.com/@TwoMinutePapers, to keep up with changes in the AI/data science field

@hbarkas below suggest Lex Fridman's podcasts, it's good, albeit each video a bit long.

Here's something different. It's a miniseries I watched many years ago (I probably still have it burned on some old CDs!) and recently rediscovered it on YouTube:

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLC2FCB2871C396459

Here's the plot according to wikipedia:

The story centers on Drosan (Brian Sandro), a member of a fictitious scene group called CPX. Drosan is forced by circumstances to sell the pre-release films to commercial unauthorized distributors in Asia.

Each episode is filmed as a combination of a webcam video showing one of the actors superimposed on their desktop, showing e-mail, Internet Relay Chat (IRC) and instant messaging conversations. Most of the action takes place on the computer screen.

If you are into nerdy stuff ;)

I love listening/watching Lex Fridman's podcasts https://www.youtube.com/@lexfridman
Dagogo Altraide's channel Cold Fusion has content to a variety of topics with amazing production values.
Gamers Nexus and Hardware Unboxed for all things pc hardware related
ACG, Worth A Buy, 21 kiloton and GmanLives for gaming related stuff and reviews

That's about all coming to my mind spontaneously which might appeal to a broader audience.

SkillUp Nothing on description so, this is my favorite game reviewer.
InfernoPlus Gaming?
clockner Often imitated, never duplicated. Quality over quantity. Unique, original & mostly fast paced high level gameplays
DeSinc Using game glitches and physics tricks to make you laugh
Deoxide Just some idiot who makes pretty much meme videos.
Bacon_ Hi, I just post random clips.
Animux.Studios ANIMUX is a one man animation project by animator and producer, James.N.
eli_handle_bwav I integrate movie characters into video games in such a way, that you might even consider it funny.

IronPineapple - If you love Soulsborne games, you've probably already heard of this one, I don't really watch the main content of the channel as I have yet to finish any of the games(except Sekiro!) instead I'm really loving his Souls-Like games you've never heard of videos , I've discovered great lil cool games while binging that series .
Yozora Blues - this one is a bit niche, maybe but I just LOVE him. I don't know what to say about it really except that umm its about japan and um yeah, you should just watch one of his videos, they are amazing (i actually found his channel on How to with John Wilson's TV show subreddit, so if u like those videos, you are gonna go insane with TVShow)
hope you enjoy them as much as i did : )

https://www.youtube.com/@DougDoug - DougDoug does a lot of video game challenge things. He also streams on Twitch and has a VOD channel you can find in the Channels tab on the main page if you want long form content. It's DougDougDougDoug.
https://www.youtube.com/@Steve1989MRE - Steve reviews MRE's. And I know that sounds weird at first. I do not like MRE's but Steve's personality and charm is so captivating. You watch one and start to pick up on the things he says. His enthusiasm for something as mundane as MRE's is infectious. It just makes you happy to see him so excited to open old containers of ham and crackers.
https://www.youtube.com/@OrdinarySausage - Mr. Sausage takes food (and sometimes non-food), turns them into a sausage, and then eats it. It's great short content. Plus he'll do Non-Sausage Episodes for other things like boiling steak in ice cream, carbonated chicken soup, sushi waffles.
https://www.youtube.com/@campingwithsteve - Steve (The camping one, not the MRE one) does stealth camping and generally camping/outdoors related content. Very wholesome dude. I stumbled on a video of him camping in a city roundabout and from there I was hooked. He's camped behind billboards, in all manner of abandoned places, and in many very much not abandoned places like hidden in cities and towns.
https://www.youtube.com/@indeimaus - Indeimaus does video game content. Generally condenses a whole game playthrough into 1 video. Not like Supercuts, which are hours long. But like a 20-40 minute video with commentary and memes.
https://www.youtube.com/@Ididathing - I Did A Thing makes things that skirt the line between practical and impractical. If you are familiar with Micheal Reeves there is a similar energy if Reeves was Australian. Like making a sandpaper treadmill, machete ceiling fan, trying to fly with pressure washers

https://www.youtube.com/@taylortomlinsoncomedy - Stand-Up Comedian which I find pretty entertaining. Here one of my favourites (which ironically enough is not from her actual channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_yZHp9xiTo&ab_channel=NetflixIsAJoke

https://www.youtube.com/@JasonLucia - Parody Sings. A couple who takes known songs and edits the text to describe "situations" in their couple live. Great voices and funny. Here an example video I like: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/zYZ5vPsJY-s

https://www.youtube.com/@StevenHe - Comedy skits mostly about Steven and his feather constantly reminding him how much of a failure he is. Acting and tone might be a bit to intense for some. Example video of Steven compared to his god-like nine year old cousin Timmy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vbCXVQFsLg&ab_channel=StevenHe

German only:
https://www.youtube.com/@FabiRommel - Comedy skits with a very dry tone and humour and the shorts are often designed in an "eternal loop". Example of one of those i liked: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/CUmmyP1fvm0

https://www.youtube.com/@BrowserBallett - Actual Satire and fun videos although you probably need to be informed about current and past topics to understand the videos. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ecLJYwDmur4&ab_channel=BrowserBallett

For music, not a specific channel but basically most of what Yuki Kajiura has made. Great componist.

What I watch on youtube nowadays is an eclectic mixture of gaming related stuff, anime related stuff, tech (mostly old or odd tech), animation, writers making fun of writing tropes, sciency stuff, vaguely leftist content, and semi-obscure music channels. But let me try pick a few that are actually worth recommending (order is alphabetical because that's how yt shows it to me as I scroll down my list of subscriptions):

Bosnian Ape Society: general animation insanity.
Civvie 11: gaming channel mostly dedicated to covering old PC games and boomer shooters, but the main draw is the sense of humor and the narrative of the in-universe story going on in the background.
Electronic Gems: electronic music, really good selection of chill tunes and they upload at least twice a week.
Georg Rockall-Schmidt: film vlogs, increasingly weird podcasts, in-depth coverage of corruption cases, stuff(?), and an strange advent calendar tradition.
hazel: anime retrospectives, sometimes games, very free form and personal.
Jacob Geller: great essays that are usually somehow connected to games.
Janus Cycle: "old" tech and some light hacking.
kenny lauderdale: obscure anime unearther.
Leadhead: more essays that are somewhat connected to games.
Posy: vibes.
strafefox: some of the nicest looking video game documentaries.
ThorHighHeels: games coverage that doesn't follow any particular theme but the sheer personality of it all makes up for the apparent lack of direction.

I tried to omit channels already suggested, otherwise things like Errant Signal would be in the list.

Doesn't really fall into any category other than "awesome".

https://www.youtube.com/@mymechanics - absolutely THE best restoration channel. I watched a lot of them, but after seeng this one, I just can't watch others anymore, because they are all inferior.
https://www.youtube.com/@BaumgartnerRestoration - amazing art restoration channel. mostly restores paintings, while also explaining what he does and why. him having a fantastic soothing voice is a huge bonus too if you want something to fall asleep to. restoration quality is also absolutely mind-boggling when he compares before and after

A big yes for Baumgartner Restoration!

For restoration, I add also https://www.youtube.com/@CoolAgainRestoration - He restores only very old stuff (tools, toys, etc)

If i use YT then in 99% of the cases for medieval or metal music. The rest 1% are handcraft stuff or animals.
But i still don't watch often and not much, so i am the wrong one for recommendations.
