Yeah, but I've created a few giveaways, and one of them reported that my gift is region restricted for some reason. Now, I'm unable to deliver my promise. What can I do?

About that failed giveaway, you can't do much sadly. I actually gave away by accident a region locked game and the winner couldnt activate it. He used a VPN and a virtual machine to active it, I warned him about the risks involved but still he did it.
You can ask him/her if he/she lets you delete the giveaway or ask for a reroll or something, if he/she understands the situation it will be okay
