The classic boasting thread and almost the only reason why we still keep buying games during those sales, right? ;)

Spend? Ha, I actually earned me some potatoes!

This thread is bit too early I'd say, plenty of time left to still sell cards etc and buy more games. Thus far I've bought Dragon Quest XI and 5ish games I was missing from the Daedalic bundles. And after being conned into reading What did you buy threads:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/1097800/Stranger_Things_3_The_Game/
https://store.steampowered.com/app/257690/JULIA_Among_the_Stars/
https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/9156/Siralim__Trilogy_Bundle/
https://store.steampowered.com/app/948680/Crush_Crush__18_Naughty_DLC/

No real money was harmed during this, all was done by professional steam wallets.

True. One of my intentions though is to use this thread to stop me from spending even more money. And I was bored. ;)
P.S. I bought DQ9 too! Actually Square Enix got most of my money this time.

That plan might backfire when people list their purchases and you're all "hmm that game seems worth buying too".

And it's 11, not 9. :)

the sale is nowhere close to its end. Actually I have time to play and think about purchases only from today, preparing for Christmas and visiting family took all my time on previous days. I bought only a few cheap DLCs so far for Pixel Puzzles Ultimate and Coloring Pixels, I need to think about what I want to play or buy in next half year to decide about other purchases.

I've read that some players with Nvidia cards have problems with Chrono Trigger steam version, it was enough to discourage me ! :p

Less than $50, and that's a lot considering that I'm from Russia (meaning regional prices).

Bought for myself:

  • Kingdom Come: Deliverance – A Woman's Lot
  • STARDROP
  • Pendula Swing Episodes 6-7
  • The Journeyman Project 1: Pegasus Prime

Bought for friends:

  • Blacksad (as a Secret Santa)
  • Unavowed
  • Night in the Woods
  • The Suicide of Rachel Foster

Received as gifts:

  • Blacksad (funnily enough, from my Secret Santa)
  • The 13th Doll: A Fan Game of The 7th Guest
  • Outward
  • Vampire: The Masquerade - Coteries of New York
  • Heaven's Vault
  • Dry Drowning

For myself, Arizona Derby and Thief Simulator and the Planet Zoo Arctic DLC Pack on Steam, and Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey on EGS. (First EGS purchase, couldn't pass up the $10 pricetag for a $40 game).

Also bought Universe Sandbox as a Christmas gift for a family member.

I'm a little disappointed that so many older games weren't on sale at all -- My Summer Car, The Great Race, Bush Hockey League, Meriwether: An American Epic, SAELIG, Empires of the Undergrowth, Stationeers, Mashinky.

Despite having a fortune in my Steam wallet I've only grabbed GRIS and a couple bits of DLC. I've far too many untouched games all ready.

I couldn't buy anything. I got given a £20 amazon gift card but can't use it on steam, so it's sitting in my amazon account for when a pc part dies or something else needs replacing.

Been saving wallet for when the time comes when I really really want a game. This time has finally arrived. I bought myself
Disco Elysium
Whispers of a Machine
and
Chuchel - as a token of gratitude for the devs, because I've recently been playing Samorost 3 and enjoyed it so much, while having traded for it or getting in some bundle split, I don't remember, anyways, getting it in a way where devs were not involved in my spendings, so yeah, now I made sure I pay them for a game. I bought

Life is Strange Before the storm +DLC
Darkest Dungeon
The Witcher 3 GOTY

I delayed buying and playing Witcher 3 because I just didn't have 100+ hours to pour into it, but now I do.
I'm probably not done, there's 1 or 2 more titles I want to get before the sale's over.
