If it is due to region restriction, they will refuse reroll (that is my one undelivered gift, cause I forgot exclude Turkey from Europe region), cause next winner may be still from country you haven't blocked. You have to hope winner will agree to delete or have red scar as I do.

Lol. What I am mostly concerned about is why this key isn't activating for the winner even though they belong to a region specifically included in the region restricted package. Confusing as hell.

With the Steam DB plugin when you activate a key, or try to it shows the SUB ID. All I can think of.

See if the winner would be willing to install the extension. If I remember correctly, even if the key won't activate it should still return a sub id. It would be in a separate text box below the error message.

WB bundle is from humble? Good luck, I asked them once about region locks (it was for Hogwarts legacy which I planned to buy at full price for whitelist giveaway, not some super cheap bundle) and they started threat me with ban, so I were forced to play Europe laws card. You would probably need them to confirm.

highly doubtful they give you a new key after you revealed the original and gave it to a 3rd party. your best bet is to get the winner's consent to delete the giveaway. after that maybe try to activate the key yourself or hide it in a thread for free and hope somebody real gets it.
could be something as simple as the winner trying to activate the key with a VPN on, idk man but GL w/ that

The Back 4 Blood key I got from the recent WB bundle is apparently not activating for someone from Bangladesh with this error msg -
"Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed."
Now, according to this, the key belongs to a package which should be activable in that country. So, what would be the course of action here? Can I ask for a reroll, since the region restrictions weren't wrong?
