I am wondering if this stat changes according to the giveaways you enter. Mine is pretty much always close to 0, but i hardly enter any.

This stat changes according to the number of giveaways you enter, the number of entries in those giveaways, and the number of giveaways you won.
If you enter a 100 entries giveaway, you chance to win is 1/100. Image you enter 1000 giveaways, each giveaway have 100 entries. By probability you should have win 10 giveaway. If you only win 8, then you is unlucky and won 2 fewer gift than estimated.

That explains why mine is always close to the 0 then. I enter rarely and generally those giveaways are Cyberpunk 2077 and similar ones.

At this point, -4 is my staple. Sometimes it goes down to -5, maybe up to -3 (likely, but haven't seen it) but never changes more. It's kind of fascinating :)
