Nintendo has the best exclusives by far, if I had to choose for a single Publisher I would go with BigN. Steam is a great plattform which has cheap prices even cheaper with buying bundles and of course a lot of great games. EA also has a handful of great games and a superb support. I would avoid Uplay if I could (worst support, technical problems.. could write an endless wall here), but as a gamedevelopper ubisoft has some great franchises

I end up playing the most on my tablet. Sources are mostly Google Play and Humble Bundle.

Steam right now, although I started to finally play a bit with my DRM-free games.

Just Steam, DRM-free, and Uplay (because Ubicrap games require it). Also Origin, but not so much lately.

PC only, mostly Steam. The rest are games not on steam.
Except for the exclusive titles I don't see any reason to buy a console, when you got a medium/good pc already.

PC - mostly Steam and Origin (because Battlefield) and my trustworthy 3DS. Sometimes PS3.
I'd love a Wii U or PS4 for those awesome exclusives, but the money... :(

I used to play Xbox 360 and when the new gen came, I needed to choose between Xone/PS4 or PC and I chose PC.
The main reason is that if I change my pc specs or buy a new pc I won't lose my games (if I bought a PS3 game I can't use it on PS4).
The prices, specially in brazil, is very expensive. (U$60 = R$186,78, but the console games in Brazil is R$250,00), on steam a AAA game (excluding Bethesda) is usually R$100~R$150.
If I like the keyboard and mouse or controller I can use. If I prefer to play on my bedroom or my living room, I can play. I can choose between monitor and tv.
And I don't need to buy xbox live/psn.
Also, pc isn't only for games, so I can work here, can make games here, make software and more.

UUUh, seems like a paradise, but it's not. Consoles are simple, so anyone can use it. If you want to have a pc you need to know, at least, the basics of a computer, because one time or another a problem will come.
If you want to play all games, you can't, because you pc can be the best now, but in 2 months a better cpu will come and your pc won't be the best. And in 6 months, 1 year a game can realease and won't work on your pc.

Who never launched a game and got an error? On pc you need to know, at least, search on google.

After all nothing is perfect, console have their pros and cons and pc aswell, you just need to choose what is best for you.

Depending on what I'm in the mood in it's either PC(mostly Steam but I'll go to others for exclusives or emulators for old console titles) or iOS when I just want a mobage to kill time. I used to play a lot on consoles in the past(mostly the snes, psx and ps2 eras) but I decided not to invest in another console about 6-7 years ago, they way I see it it's wasted money considering it's a system with only one functionality(or it was) that after it's market lifespan comes to an end it just sits there, collecting dust. Why go for that when for the same money as a new console I can get a new GPU+CPU and upgrade my pc which I use for pretty much everything besides gaming?

Yeah, I'm not gonna pay near $600-700(including game costs) to play the 5-10 exclusives I'm interested in during one console's lifespan. I'll either borrow a friend's console for a bit if that option exists or wait till there's an emulator for that :P

I mainly play on PC. The platforms I use on PC are Steam (most of the time), GOG and Uplay.
I also have several consoles, Xbox one, Nintendo 3DS, Xbox 360, and more that I don't use anymore.

Steam...

I would go into details as to why but I think the most obvious and simple reason would be "because all my games are there". :P
