You can't store newly-purchased gifts in your inventory any more.

the steam gifting policy was changed so that you must be friends with the recipient prior to purchasing the game & you can no longer gift to email or store in inventory. so until the winner accepts the steam invite, it can't be purchased, and the sale for it ends in a few hours.

Actually there is nothing much you have to worry about at the moment for this particular giveaway. It's currently 90% off until 19th of July, so you got an extra 2 weeks to get in touch with the winner (that said, you are granted a re-roll if you are unable to contact them after 7 days).

I made a GA and the winner don't responce to my friend invite (or didn't check his notifications) despite been online and playing Rocket League and other games.
The price of the game is going to change (Summer Sales ends in approx_ 6 hours) The GA is a Steam gift game so i need to buy it, and the guy don't responce. I submitted a ticket 10 hrs ago to request a reroll.
