Problem with TF 2 :x

When I am trying to join any server that have another map than CUSTOM then I am getting this communicate http://i42.tinypic.com/29zpvfc.png ... (It's happening when I have already downloaded all files except map)

PS: I try'ed to Uninstall STEAM and GAME, but it still didn't work ;x ADD ME ON STEAM !!!

BTW. IT"S HAPPENING ON ALL THE SERVERS, AND IT"S REALLY HARD TO FIND OUT MAP TO DOWNLOAD ;x

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in?
