What to do, if you don't recive your gift?

I recently won a giveaway The Witcher and didn't recive the gift after one day (yeah, i know the limit is 1 week, but I had a feeling I won't ever get it). I contacted the guy who made the giveaway, and the guy who made the giveaway was some russian guy, who didn't understand much english and was registered 2 days ago and he said he already sent the gift (which i didn't recieve). With dificulty I then understood, that he just clicked the "gift sent" button and that he thought everything was done ok. He says he didn't have the game in his inventory at any time. I think he tought that he would recieve the game he would select for giveaway or something.
Well I kinda know I can't do anything about it, I'm just mad that the first time I win anything it is fake. :( Should i report him to admin or anything?
