So, today i've made my first giveaway and the winner is not accepting me as a friend, i wanted to keep track of them to be sure that they will add the game, is there something that i can do? or i HAVE to send it to e-mail?

Send them an email stating to accept your friend request so you can give them the price they won on SteamGifts. Then try again.
