Space Engineers if your looking for Minecraft in space. Game is in early access now, and stuff is added ~every week (last one was yesterday).
Edit: I saw that you want something like 1/1 copy of Minecraft just on Steam. Space Engineers isn't exactly Minecraft (cause of space xD) but its still worth to watch it on Youtube (and maybe you will be happy ;).
