Poker Stars is a great place I've been using on and off for years. I honestly never play with real money, but I'm pretty sure they have what you're looking for.

Pokerstars for me, tried 4 or 5 other sites, that was the one I ended up staying with but I haven't played for a year or so, might be different now.

Depends where you live. I'm in the UK and a lot of gambling sites take Paypal from my country but not from other places.

E.g. If I go here and choose United Kingdom I can use Paypal. If I choose a lot of other countries I can't.
