try to take a look in the search tab in the option menu, you should see the default search engine and all those available

Put this in your URL bar:

about:preferences#search

Then hit enter and change your search settings.

Then go there:

about:preferences#general

And change your homepage settings as well.

ok i made the next things.

1-unnistall something called bing
2-used malwarebytes ---> 7 infections ---> to cuarenteene
3-made the both things you said me but i also deleted 2 things called bing in the first thing you told me
4-now all it's correct but.... in this folder

"C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-ie-internetexplorer_31bf3856ad364e35_11.2.9600.17843_none_119047c92f2ad1e3"

i have some things installed

bing.ico
ieUnatt.exe
Microsoft-Windows-IE-InternetExplorer-ppdlic.xrm-ms
Windows Feed Discovered.wav
Windows Information Bar.wav
Windows Navigation Start.wav
Windows Pop-up Blocked.wav

i tried to delete this folder but seems it's on system32 and i can't delete it. i should be worried about this folder or i can just forget it???? that (ieUnatt.exe) it's what i'm worried about.

These look like just some Internet Explorer files, not sure why you're assuming these are malicious.

I don't know, I won't give you a straight answer as I really have no idea at this point and I don't want to be responsible for anything that may happen to your computer - I only know how to change your default browser settings as I've explained above. With anything else, you're on your own.

I used to run the following 3 programs one after the other till they stop detecting malware. It seems to remove every debris after several iterations 😄

  • adwcleaner
  • adware removal tool by tsa
  • malwarebytes anti-malware
