Hotline Miami 2 is apparently not available for Australians. You will also get a warning while turning it into a gift link that it may not activate in Australia.

BUT

There are actually no issues with activating HM2 in Australia. Both keys and Steam gifts activate fine. Funnily enough I already have it on my Steam account.

HB support official reply:

Sadly we cannot include a Steam key for this title due to Region restrictions in Australia. A DRM free version of the game is however offered at the bottom of your download page

If you bought the bundle from Australia, you might have not received a Steam key for the game (only a DRM-free download). You might want to bug Humble Bundle support about this, since you should be entitled to a Steam copy to use in whatever way you want to use it.

You will NOT receive this bundle if you didn't buy it before it went live! - it is TOO LATE for that! ☹

It depends.
Divide the price by number of games and if the price of a game goes lower then 95% from the steam normal price then yes, otherwise it shouldn't.

I was happy with the early unlock, Grim Dawn is a game I had wanted to try for a long time, but the rest of the bundle isn't to my liking. I've got the first two Deponia games (I think?) but I haven't played so I don't really see the point of keeping Doomsday when I don't even know if I like the series or not. I might keep Action Henk. Or maybe I won't. I'm still undecided for that one. And I could not care less for the rest. Color me disappointed overall. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

No repeats for me which is always nice. Also Deponia Doomsday completes the Deponia series (almost still seeking The Complete Journey even though I have the first three). Probably will pickup the first Hotline Miami on sale to complete that set. Slime Rancher is a nice surprise.

Same here and they are not some unknown games they are actually well rated by the community but it is surprising that with your games amount that you still haven't got the first HM.
