I can understand you feel not comfortable and rather don't take the game. But maybe the person doesn't have hard feelings against you and just uses their blacklist in an other manner than some other people.

Some people blacklist winners so they cant win another game from them to give a chance to others. Maybe that happened but who knows... you could send him a message.

People blacklist for disagreeing in a chat debate on a topic not even related to gaming. People blacklist for anything or maybe sometimes for nothing. Just accept it.

I wouldn't bother too much about it, there are many friendly users here who don't blacklist you for nothing.

That happened to me, once. I think they did it to manipulate wins. Yes, by all means, take it.

Yeah that happened to me too.
Got blacklisted by someone even if I don't know who the fuck that guy is.
Never had any contact with him.
But some people here are just jerks that blacklist everyone for some stupid reason.

I don't see why you would not take it. If he really didn't like you, he probably would have blacklisted you before you won. In any case, you won it, so there is nothing that can make him suddenly say you don't deserve it.

Are you sure there wasn't any request in the description of the giveaway ?
Like "please don't say thanks when entering" and you said thanks, or the opposite : please say thanks / tell me what your favorite movie is / or whatever, and you didn't do that

Anyway, don't worry about it, almost everyone gets blacklisted at some point. It doesn't even necessarily means the person doesn't like you, sometimes it's not personal (like limiting wins as you mentioned).

From my understanding, you're allowed to get the game this time.

If they are offering it, take it. If it was important to them that you not receive it, whatever the reason, then they should take the hit and accept the "not received" mark, but if they have sent it then that's their way of saying you should have it (imo)
